Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are processed the next business day.
Once dispatched, delivery takes 6 to 9 business days. Total time from order to delivery is 7 to 11 business days.
Standard tracked shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order value.
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan.
Carrier delays during peak periods, public holidays or severe weather are outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, email info@designbyaveline.com and we will trace it for you.
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you and reship it once at no cost. Repeat reshipments may be charged.
