You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with any tags still attached.
Email info@designbyaveline.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We send you a prepaid return label within one business day.
Returns are free. We provide a prepaid label and there is no restocking fee.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse we inspect it and issue your refund within 3 to 5 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further 3 to 10 business days to show the credit.
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings. Items marked final sale cannot be returned. Items returned worn, washed, altered or damaged may be refused or refunded in part.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email info@designbyaveline.com with your order number and a photo within 14 days of delivery. We replace or refund it in full, including shipping, and you do not need to return it unless we ask you to.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they are dispatched. Email us as soon as possible and we will stop the order if it has not yet left the warehouse.
